Resturant style Mix pickle :    • રેસ્ટોરન્ટ જેવું મિક્સ અથાણું ઘરે બના...  

Ingredients & Written Recipe :
Heat up 1 ladle oil
Add bay leaf, cloves, Black pepper corn & dry red chilli.
Add 3 chopped green chillies.
Now add 5 grated Tomatoes.
Salt to taste & cook it medium flame.
1 tbsp besan & mix it well.
Add water as needed.
Cover & cook.
Add 1 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1 tbsp Dhaniya pwd
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
mix and cook add water if needed.
Add 2 tbsp malai + 1 tbsp milk.
Kasoori methi .
200g grated paneer + coriander leaves+ Garam masala.
cook for 2 min.
Switch off the flame when oil is separated.
Paneer bhurji is ready.
