Yet another full moon fishing mission. Summer is definitely over, and between the NW swell and heavy trade winds, we headed out west again in search of fishable waters. After catching some opelu at dawn, the morning turned out to be pretty uneventful until I dropped a vertical jig and hooked into something big. 40 minutes later, the biggest ulua (Giant Trevally) I've ever landed came floating up to the surface. It took quite a bit of effort, but I managed to send him on his way back to the depths.
