How to Make Cheese in Hamburg

200g Ground Beef and Pork Mixture (7 oz)
⅓ tsp Salt
Pepper
70g Onion (2.5 oz)
2 Shiitake Mushrooms
3 tbsp Soft Bread Crumbs
½ Egg
40g Cheese for melting (1.4 oz)
100ml Water (3.4 fl oz)

Sauce -
100g Demiglace Sauce, Packaged (3.5 oz)
4 tbsp Bouillon Broth (4 tbsp Hot Water+ ⅓ tsp Bouillon Powder)
½ tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Apple Jam or Ketchup
Salt and Pepper

Side Vegetables -
80g Frozen Mixed Vegetables, boiled and salted (2.8 oz)
2 New Potatoes with skin, boiled and salted
Olive Oil
