This is a track that can only be found in the gamefiles of the Mac 1.00 version, titled "audio_menu". Interestingly, it appears to feature the "Game Over" leitmotif - could this mean anything?
It certainly explains why "Faint Glow" and "Faint Courage" have similar tracknames.
