What is Minecraft's Golden Age? It typically refers to the time period from early minecraft classic all the way to minecraft version 1.2.5 - though it's usually referring to minecraft alpha and minecraft beta. The first time it was coined "golden age" was in 2017, when a mod named New Frontier Craft came around. It completely reshaped and revamped Minecraft beta 1.7.3 into the first "parallel timeline" mod of the golden age. This is New Frontier Craft, and this is the grandfather mod of minecraft's golden age.
