1 tablespoon of sugar
1 pack of dry yeast
2 cups warm milk
1 teacup of oil
2 egg whites (reserve the yolks for the topping)
6 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
A pinch of parsley

To grease the dough
100g butter

For the above
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon of oil
