Doogee v max plus is the updated version of the doogee v max in the v series.

the chinese phone maker doogee is set to launch new phones, tablets and rugged smartphones next month, and we’ve just received detailed specs and images of one of the most interesting of them. called doogee v max plus, it will be accompanied by a solid technical sheet and a battery of unprecedented size.

the doogee v max plus will sport a 6.58″ ips fullhd+ 120hz display with gorilla glass protection and a notch for the 32mp selfie camera (sony imx616, 90° fov). its rear panel will have a faux leather finish and a design heavily inspired by the vertu phones of yesteryear.

the triple camera system on the rear includes a 200mp primary, 20mp night vision and 8mp ultra-wide units. the latter will have a 130° field of view and autofocus so you can capture macro shots. these shooters are flanked by two flashes on the left side and two infrared night vision lights on the right side.

the doogee v max plus will have the dimensity 7050 soc under the hood along with 16gb of ram (virtually expandable up to 19gb) and 512gb of ufs 3.1 storage expandable via tf cards. the smartphone will run android 14 out of the box, but it’s unclear how many os updates it will get.

that said, the highlight of the doogee v max plus is its massive 22,000mAh

we are told that the doogee v max plus with its 22,000 mah cell will have 6-10 days of battery life in “normal use”, 100 hours of talk or 64 days of standby. a phone with such a large battery is bound to be bulky, and the doogee v max plus will be 27.3mm thick. we don’t know how heavy it will be, but we bet the answer is “very”.

the rest of the highlights of the doogee v max plus include nfc (with google pay support), side fingerprint reader and 5g connectivity. additionally, the v max plus will sport a customizable key on its left side and will come with ip68/ip69 and mil-std-810h certifications. it also complies with the high-resolution audio standards set by the japan audio association.

the doogee v max plus will be offered in sunshine gold, classic black and moonshine silver colors. we don’t know how much the doogee v max plus will cost, but you can expect doogee to start its promotional campaign soon.
