This man has cognitive impairment and lives alone without any family nearby, and the neighbors show little concern. The garden is overgrown with untrimmed grass and plants, and the house is in a dilapidated state. Inside, it's messy and lacks any valuable possessions. We called the local authorities for assistance in improving his living conditions. In this video, there is still a substantial amount of work to be done, so we haven't completed the task.
