Deoria Taal Trek - It was day 3 of my trip, after a wonderful trek of Tungnath & Chandrashila, the very next day, I have again trek to Deoria Taal., which is in Saari Village. Total trek was for 2.3 km one side, so total 5 km trek i have completed. 150 INR was forest dept. ticket to visit Deoria taal.

I have started from Delhi and reached Saari Village near Ukhimath on Day 1. Delhi to Saari village is around 340 kms. The Saari village is 22 kms before Chopta, where now a days people take a night stay and take rest after the tiring overnight journey from Delhi.

In Saari village, you can get homestays and food options easily, but make sure u do it all before 9:00 pm. Coz the village is very small and the food and hotel options gets closed early.
