Hey guys, so alot of you have always been asking me how life is like during ocean crossings for me. So i decided to make this video to help ya'll better understand what we do for most of our time when we are in the middle of the ocean.
This crossing was a slightly shorter one where i did the North Atlantic Crossing early in Febuary this year. We started our journey in West Palm Beach, Florida and arrived in the British Virgin Islands about 8 days later covering a total of 1060 nautical miles.
During our time out there, we did a whole bunch of fishing. We were able to land 2 Marlin's and a Mahi. We also got hit with a storm in the wee hours of the morning, unfortunately i was not able to capture any of that saga on film. But after the 40 knots of wind died down, it carried on blowing at about 20-30 knots of wind for the rest of our journey. Hence what we aimed to be a 10 day sail turned into an 8 day journey.
Anyways, i do hope you guys will enjoy this short little video i made of what i could capture during the passage and now have a better understanding into life on crossings.
And as always, for more exciting content of my life, go give my instagram some loving and chat me up there! would always love to have a conversation. I have linked my linktree and IG down below.
