Some country soloing licks and tips as I play over the Byrds/Dylan classic. Hard to get a definitive answer on this, but it seems possible the playing on the original recording is Clarence White doing an amazing pedal steel emulation on his B bender Tele (thanks to a few people in the comments for pointing out this possibility.) I'm still not sure!
