The funny guy in white shirt does an amazing job. He sells cig kofte which is made with several ingredients: bulgur, lettuce, lemon, and tomato paste. He also adds some pomegranate sauce.

The wraps he makes are called durum, and each durum is 5 liras, which is roughly 80 cents. It is cheap and filling.
