This video covers the GSKILL Trident Z5 Neo RGB that uses two single-rank 16 GB DDR5 memory modules to make up the G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB memory kit. Therefore, it is not surprising that the memory modules use SK hynix integrated circuits, a popular choice among memory suppliers.

The Trident Z5 Neo RGB memory modules were created using the same design principles as the other Trident Z5 models. With a matte black exterior, a black brushed aluminum inlay, and silver highlights, the fashionable heat spreader is delivered. There is currently no information on whether G.Skill will provide the metallic silver trim option for the Trident Z5 Neo RGB memory kits in the future. The Neo RGB model shares the same height as its predecessors because G.Skill utilizes the same mold for all of its Trident Z5 memory. The memory modules, therefore, measure 1.65 inches in height.

The power management IC is also identified as a Richtek product by the identification 0D 9B J1U. Timings are reduced to 40-40-40-77 and DDR5-48 hundred is the memory's default operating mode. Overall, the Trident Z5 neo is strong memory kit designed for AMD.

The Trident Z5 Neo RGB memory modules are topped by a sleek RGB light bar. Through the software on your motherboard or the G.Skill Trident Z Lighting Control software, you have total control over the lighting and effects. The Trident Z5 Neo RGB is compatible with Asus Aura Sync, Gigabyte RGB Fusion 2.0, MSI Mystic Light Sync, and ASRock Polychrome Sync if you choose the latter option.

The Trident Z5 Neo RGB memory kit from G.Skill consists of two single-rank 16 gigabytes DDR5 memory modules. The memory modules' usage of SK hynix integrated circuits, a common option among memory providers, is therefore not surprising. The power management IC also bears the 0D 9B J1U designation, indicating that it is a product of Richtek. The memory operates by default at DDR5-48 hundred with timings lowered to 40-40-40-77. One EXPO profile has been integrated by G.Skill into the Trident Z5 Neo RGB. The timings and DRAM voltage are locked at 30-38-38-96 and 1.35 volts, respectively, once the memory is activated, and it switches to DDR5-6000.

The RAM kit performed admirably despite not being designed for Intel. In terms of overall application performance, the Trident Z5 Neo RGB came in second place, just behind the Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5-6000 C30. On the AMD X6 70 test system, the Trident Z5 Neo RGB outperformed every other memory kit. Additionally, the RAM performed exceptionally well under productivity workloads such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Corona, and Hand Brake. Although the gaming performance of each memory kit is very comparable, the Trident Z5 Neo RGB came in second place overall as compared to the Corsair kit by just a bit.
