🛒 Ingredients: for 5/6 people
800g sweet potatoes
150g cane sugar
3 eggs
125g butter
2 tablespoons of white rum
A vanilla pod
Flour if the dough is too liquid (about 10% maximum of the total weight of the sweet potato, so 80g)
