Here's a video I recorded a while ago of my friend's 1999 4-Ton Rheem 10 SEER Air Conditioner starting up. It has a Copeland Scroll Compressor and uses R-22 refrigerant. It is a smooth running, quiet and very reliable air conditioner. Enjoy the video!
