On30 Semi Scratch built Flatcars. This time we build some On30 Flat Cars from some ready made under frames in a Semi Scratch built project. So many Manufacturers are reducing their product lines and there are only a limited number of kits available, so What is an On30 Railroader to do? The end result we get here are 3 really great looking flat cars that look almost fully scratch built! Next time we'll make some neat loads for them too!
