The blue pin is fixed to the pink button. Two ends of the pin move in the internal zigzag groove of the stationary green body.
Each button press gives one of its two axis positions.
The button rotates during the up and down motion.
The gray figure to the left of the last scene of the video illustrates the internal zigzag groove of the stationary green body.
The body is divided into two parts to allow the blue pin to enter the groove when assembled.
