Filling cans, crowlers & growlers off the taps is a great way to package beer to go for your costumers however if not done correctly, you will end up with OXIDIZED beer. We have developed a system we use at the brewery that mimics procedures found on a canning/bottling line that will get your D/O levels into an acceptable range for long lasting, great tasking beer.
We have had cans over a year old still taste fresh and growlers 2 months old still taste great using this procedure.
