Salmon Jerky - With Teriyaki & Maple Syrup, Seseme seeds on Nori Seaweed.

This is a really nice way of preserving and drying salmon in a jerky style. It's an ideal trail food if you like that kind of thing. This method is really easy to achieve in your own kitchen as it doesn't need any special equipment like a dehydrator etc.

The recipe is as follows
500g Boneles Fillet of Salmon
125ml. Teriyaki Sauce
60ml. Premium quality Maple Syrup
3 Tbsp. White Seseme Seeds
3 Tbsp. Black Seseme Seeds
