It was the hottest and dustiest day I'd ever felt in Thailand during my 25 years living here. Usually, I would turn the ac on and watch Netflix all day. However, my friend was visiting from the UK and didn't have much time, so my mission today was to show him some spectacular places on a daytrip from Kanchanaburi, whilst attempting not to melt in the ridiculous 41 degree heat. Our final destination is in the middle of the jungle. Sure, there's a paved road there now but this place only used to be accessible by way of a 4x4 and a decent driver..... and it's a MESMERISING place.
