Here’s a short video showing the operation of the Milwaukee M12 compact inflator on our Ford Transit 250. Right off the bat I will say the tool is slightly underwhelming in its performance. It puts out a scanty .63 cfm per minute at 35 psi. It’s listed as being capable of producing up to 120 psi. It has an operating max temperature of 125 degrees. Manufacturer recommends that after 10 minutes of continuous use though it’s given at least that time frame to cool down.
When inflating any tire on a truck/trailer or personal car, always check manufacturers data plate in sidewall of driver side door for recommended cold psi rating. Don’t go off max psi rating on sidewall. That is not the optimal tire pressure for duration and performance of your tires.
Immediately I wish they made a M18 platform model for this tool. It’s very convenient if you already or have bought into the M12 platform. For us it was worth just to have on hand, in case of flats or changing seasons and not having to stop at the gas station all the time. Thanks for watching!
