Taken 1/30/22. Here we see 2009 Orion VII Next Generation Hybrid #4254 on the M102 after making a stop at 3 Ave/E 23 St on it's way southbound towards the East Village.
Due to inclement weather, standard buses replaced articulated buses as a result of the latter being grounded. This necessitated the loaning of equipment to several depots to maintain service.
