I wanted to make sure to give you a few details on the places I visited and the food I had so let's start with the fish salad which was so good and I got that at Centro Commerciale Sarca which is in Sesto San Giovanni. It is a shopping center and you have a cinema, multiple floors on which you can find the fish place that serves also pasta and other such as Spontini which is were we ate the thick pizza from.
The average price at Spontini is about 6 euros per slice and you can choose between medium and large. As a group of 3 we paid 36 euros with drinks + dessert.
Next to it you can also find the ice cream place which is really good, I was quite impressed by it and I think since they changed management the quality has improved a lot. If you want to try it out let me know in the comments what you think about it.
I am still looking for the best ice cream that Italy has to offer but so far it is quite hard to really have a number one. ( I do not suggest those places you find in central Duomo with the big hills of ice cream ... overpriced and not good ) . I like a good small shop that most of the time taste much better but that all depends really.

This is also fig season so if you like them then it is the perfect time to head to Italy and try all the bakeries or head to the local market for a fresh bunch of figs!
