University of Edinburgh’s red squirrel research group (Rob Ogden, Melissa Marr and Katie Beckmann) join the UK Squirrel Accord to discuss their work on red squirrel conservation genetics and veterinary health.

In this first webinar for Red Squirrel Awareness Week 2024, the team present analysis of data collected through the Scottish red squirrel surveillance programme over the past decade. This improves knowledge of red squirrel biology and helps inform conservation management of the species.
