Efficiency Matrix has invested in mobile phone app development to significantly improve efficiency and the level of quality in its reporting to its customers. Air Tightness testing is great, but if all the points of air leakage and thermal insulation inconsistency is not captured and reported on, all of this information quickly gets forgotten for future remediation.
Efficiency Matrix has developed an in-house app that can be used with limited internet connectivity and can machine gun capture air tightness, thermal insulation inconsistency defects with an integrated flir thermal imaging camera and general defects. The system has now been designed to go completely paperless where defects can be divided up to individual trades, and the app can now work with metric as well as imperial measurements.
