Today we visit the town of Broto, a hidden treasure in the province of Huesca. To start the day we visited and took a dip in the famous Sorrosal waterfall, where there is also a via ferrata for the most intrepid. After lunch we took a walk through the town and learned about the historical wealth of Broto, visiting its charming old town and discovering the influence of traditional architecture in its cobblestone streets. And to end the day, there is nothing better than a swim in the crystalline waters of the Ara River surrounded by the imposing mountains of the Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park. It's time to spend the night, and this is where everything stops being fantastic and ideal, because at the entrance to a beautiful and spacious parking lot there was a sign telling us that overnight stays for motorhomes were prohibited, and they kindly invited us to leave. to a nearby campsite, logically passing through the checkout. Without the intention of encouraging you to do the same as me and making it clear that I personally assumed the risk of a fine, we decided to spend the night in said parking lot.
