Simple Salad Dressing - serves 2
Juice of 1 big lemon
2 garlic cloves
1 Medjool date, pitted
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 and 1/2 tablespoons pine nuts
1 teaspoon dulse flakes
1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon miso paste
1 large spring onion
2 tablespoons water to thin, or more as needed added 1 tablespoon at a time

Add all to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
