So Tern Malaysia are kind enough to borrow me this Tern Link B8 and also Tern Verge P10 for a few weeks. I used to owned a Tern Link B7 and I can see there's a lot of optimisation at this model as this Link B8 come with everything that you need for a urban or commuter bicycle.

Front luggage mount, mudguard, kick stand, 8 speeds free wheel system, luggage rack mount and so on are really something welcome.
