I saw it in a video and didn't think it was real but it was! also i put them back in the fridge and nobody notice it! :P

update: i did some research and i found out the apple produces its own wax to protect itself from loosing water insects and other enviromental hazards. BUT sometimes a fine coat of food grade wax is applied to the apples to "protect" them in case the natural wax is not enought and also it gives the fruit its shinny look making it look tastier.
