Stuffed grape leaves made by yourself taste delicious. Both warm and cold a pleasure!

Ingredients:

16 oz (400 gr) grape leaves

For filling:
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 small bunch of parsley
1 tomato
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon paprika powder or chilli flakes
1 teaspoon dried mint
1 tsp allspice (optional)
2 tablespoons of pomegranate molasses or freshly squeezed lemon juice
5 - 6 tablespoons of olive oil (recommended if minced meat is lean!)
1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups (about 250 gr) round grain rice
1 lb (500 gr) minced meat
(! should not be too lean.) If you use lean minced meat, be sure to add 5 -6 tablespoons of olive oil to the stuffing!)

3 - 5 cups (750 - 1250 ml) of boiling water.
! Fill in so much water that the top layer is slightly covered!

Natural yoghurt (season with salt and pressed garlic to taste).
