In this video we explain how to charge the battery (or batteries) or the JBL VIBE100tws truly wireless earbuds.
There is a total of three batteries that come with these earbuds. Two small batteries are located inside of the earbuds and a much bigger one is inside of the charging case.
Charge the earbuds by simply placing them into the charging case. A full charge takes about one hour. There seems to be no indication on the earbuds that charging is still in progress. You can find out if the earbuds are fully charged by connecting them to your smartphone. The earbuds transmit the charging state to the phone. Most smartphones (Android and iPhone) do display the battery percentage of the earbuds.
The charging case can be recharged with the supplied USB-C cable and a regular USB smartphone charger. You can also plug the cable into a PC/laptop or other USB ports in order to charge the case.
In case you do have e.g. a Nintendo Switch or a laptop with a USB-C charger, than you can use those also.
A full charge of the charging case takes about two hours. The LED on top of the case will indicate the current charging state:
Red = Battery low
Orange = Mid
Green = almost full
The case is fully charged as soon as the LED turn off permanently.
