【4K】TOURING IN CENTRAL ACEH CROSS ( Blangkejeren-Takengon ) #part3

And this time, Aim Motovlog's solo touring trip is still in the middle of Aceh,…in Gayo Lues Regency to be precise.

Oh yeah,... do you know the meaning of the word Gayo which means mountain, comes from the ancient Aceh language which was adopted from Sanskrit, while Lues means broad in the local language. So Gayo Lues means broad mountains or broad mountains and all of these are part of the Bukit Barisan.
This solo touring trip across the middle of Aceh this time starts from the city of Blangkejeren to the city of Takengon.
Travel on extreme routes with inclines and descents in the charming pine forest hills.

Right now we are crossing the city of Blangkejeren which is also known as the land of 1000 hills,… this is where the sensation of riding between the hills with pine trees complete with roads that offer adrenaline in the midst of really beautiful nature.
Yes,… it feels like riding in the alpine mountains or in Switzerland which you will feel here. Let's explore more of the trip this time.

If you remember from the previous video episode,…the central Aceh route between the city of Kutacane and Blangkejeren, we crossed a lot in the dense forest belonging to the Gunung Leuser National Park. In addition to the uphill bend, it also descended, accompanied by landslide-prone spots and collapsed road tracks,…the day we will see a lot of the natural atmosphere of the pine forest hills as far as the eye can see.
A riding sensation that you won't get on western or eastern routes in this province.
After riding for several hours in landslide-prone areas as well as winding uphill and downhill roads in the Gunung Leuser area, we finally enter the current Gayo Lues area.
Riding on the causeway in the city of Blangkejeren, we begin to enter a hilly area with lots of pine trees soaring into the sky. The name of Rikit Gaib District.
Gayo Lues district in the Blangkejeren - Rikit Gib and Pantan Weather districts is the route we will take to reach Takengon city.

This 2-way winding road with an asphalt-coated track is better than the landslide-prone roads in the Mount Leuser area.
The natural scenery makes me amazed,… frankly, there wasn't too much information about this track before. What is certain is that the atmosphere of traveling here is very different from other areas across west or east Aceh, even in Sumatra though.
In the golden hour atmosphere this afternoon I started climbing hill after hill,…rock cliff walls with pine trees as far as the eye could see,…facing the sun which had started to gradually decline on the West side,…made the riding experience really perfect.

The natural scenery with green vegetation of rows of hilly pine trees also presents natural beauty that is different from the previous route.
But here, as you can see,...the winding paths are also uphill,...it's very quiet and there's no street lighting along the track,...I don't really recommend that we have to be in the dark of night here, apart from the natural beauty that doesn't will be enjoyed, ... also very dangerous, considering the lonely path along the Kilometer.

Along the winding road with beautiful natural scenery along the track with the fine yellow asphalt stripe, I passed from village to village next. It seems that we have left Rikit Invisibility and entered Pantan Weather sub-district.
This afternoon there are not many community activities that can be seen in the village with a layered hill background.

This winding road with natural scenery with a wide expanse of green carpet belonging to Aceh's earth will definitely be very beautiful when on the top of the hill.

The local people call this trail the Snake road,...as you can see gaess,...the winding roads with inclines that sometimes make your knees goosebumps remind you that we are riding at a height
