During his interview, Mr Barkatullah Lone talked about employment opportunities and standards of life in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Khalil Ahmed asked him about his standpoint about Saudi Arabia in terms of employment, standards of life etc. Barkatullah Lone was of the view that there are employment opportunities in Petroleum, FMCG and a slew of other sectors of the economy. He said, "Life is extremely peaceful, there is harmony and there is security." He pledged to stay in the KSA till his last breath. He has no intention to apply for immigration to any country whether it is the USA, Canada etc. He suggested that the Pakistani youth seeking employment opportunities in the KSA must attain professional qualifications such as medical, engineering, accounting etc. He said, "Pakistanis are treated as 1st class citizens and have plenty of respect in the KSA. "
