Pearly White aka MOPEZ2 is a cross between our Mother of Pearl and the Elm Z Oysters. Our first ever released strain bred from another one of our bred strains! This oyster is a beautiful pearly white and a heavy fruiting mushroom. It has only been tested in our grow room at 65F and is still largely experimental and we can only guess as to its fruiting temps at the moment. With its parentage though I would expect this strain to have a very wide range of fruiting temperatures.
