If you are looking for a Day Trip from Barcelona, you won't find a more beautiful town than Cadaqués. Many people go north of Barcelona to the Costa Brava for a day trip of weekend get away, and this old fishing village is a must. The beautiful old city, is a labyrinth of white washed streets filled with boutiques restaurants, and is topped off with a church offering stunning views into the harbor. Cadaqués is also an artist haven, with many artists spending time here. It's most famous resident: Salvidor Dalí had a house, now turned museum, just a short walk from the center of Cadaqués.
