I was so overwhelmed with emotions that I couldn’t even utter a word during the MV. It's ridiculous how quickly this song got me in my feels. There are moments where you just have to shut up and just be there with the emotions, with the present and take everything in and this was one of those moments. I needed to take that time to be present and assess things and I needed to not say a word to truly appreciate the feelings and emotions. The feeling of coming back home and being greeted by the earth and cozy familiar feeling. This is how this song felt. And hearing their voices somewhat removed the weight that I had on my shoulders and my heart too. This felt like a reward or some sort.
The tears were tears of happiness and relief probably, admiration too. Everyone can relate to this song and that what makes it so remarkable. It is in its simplicity that you find comfort and peace. This was simply beautiful and so incredibly human but also so them. And I missed that, a lot more than I thought I did.
