apologies for the length of this and how scatterbrained it was! i probably should have written out some talking points and dates beforehand... learning experience!

i also wanted to add in that i realize many people can't afford therapy, let alone the cancer treatment in itself. just know that if you fall down a rabbit hole of anxiety and hypochondria like i did, there are tools out there to help you.
