Several students from different HBCU’s were invited to attend a conference called The National HBCU Braintrust in Washington, D.C and the HBCU House. They met with congressmen, congresswomen, venture capitalist, and other influential people. Partnerships and challenges like this level the playing field for HBCUs and their students. They offer scholarships and other employment opportunities in the government and other reputable industries. Success. She wants us to...come home.
