Today we're reviewing and showing you how easy it is to fillet a walleye with the Bass Pro Extreme Lithium Ion filleting knife. I've also included a few of my own tips and tricks on how to fillet a Walleye. This knife is easy to use and so far has been my favorite electric knife. The cordless feature is awesome and I've yet to find a pile of fish that will drain the battery. The fact that it's cordless makes this knife portable, even for a shore lunch. (Just don't forget to charge it after every use).
