The truth is, if I made an entire podcast directed at men, explaining how dehumanizing and disempowering it is for them to treat women this way, many wouldn’t listen. So instead, I’m speaking to us—women—and inviting men who are willing to listen into the conversation.

I don’t have all the answers, but I do have my story, and I want to share it with you. Not just to break the silence on an experience that so many of us have faced, but to be a friend to those in need.
