In September 2024, I visited Liberty Island to see the Statue of Liberty up close. This is NOT a full tour of the statue. I didn't go up to the crown, and I didn't climb up the pedestal. I just filmed the statue up close and also filmed views of Manhattan and the river. BONUS: At the end, I've included footage from a similar trip that I took in 1997. You can see the original Twin Towers of the WTC on the skyline.
