Recently, I wanted to add a faux fur area rug to my living space. We've all seen these types of area rugs all over Instagram and Pinterest. When I finally started shopping for one, I found that each rug I liked ended up being a compromise of my preferences--especially style, texture, size, functionality, and PRICE! So I decided to make my own! I love how it turned out. Although this project cost me around $70 altogether, the rug I made was better than everything that I found online or in-stores. I hope this inspires you to make your very own area rug as well!
