Pastelon Ingredients:
1. (8) ripe plantains
2. (3) eggs
3. (3) pounds of ground beef chuck (you can use less meat or any type of protein)
4. (24) ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese
5. (8) ounces of cheddar pepper jack cheese.
6. (8) ounces of tomato sauce
7. (3) tablespoons of salad olives with pimentos
8. (2) tablespoons of minced garlic
9. (4) tablespoons of sofrito
10. (1) chopped onion
11. (1) chopped green bell pepper
12. (3) tablespoons of chopped cilantro
13. (1) tablespoon of adobo
14. (1) tablespoon of garlic powder
15. (1) tablespoon of onion powder
16. (1) envelope of sazon
17. (1/2) tablespoon of black pepper
18. (1) teaspoon of salt
19. (6) ounces of water
20. non stick spray
21. oil for frying ( i used vegetable oil)
22. 9x13 baking dish
23. aluminum foil
