Hey folks, here's another VGM cover for you. This time I have done a 80's synth rock cover of the theme "Good Egg Galaxy", from the game Super Mario Galaxy. I had originally put the bulk of this cover together over 2 years ago but got put to one side due to events at the time which took up my time. Because of that I put the cover to one side and completely forgot about about it until lately. Recently I got back to working on this cover, tweaking and re-arranging some of the sections of the song to what it is now.

I found the brass synth quite difficult to mix. The output of the preset from my keyboard produces a lot of buzzing high end which I did my best to cut out via low pass filter. It sits better in the mix as a result but I still think I cold have done a better job mixing it.

For the video I invested in another camcorder so I can film two different angles simultaneously which saves time filming.
