Final Fantasy X is a highly acclaimed role-playing game released in 2001 that is still beloved today by lovers of the Final Fantasy game series. The music in the game was composed by Nobuo Uematsu, with additional contributions by Masashi Hamauzu and Junya Nakano. This medley includes three iconic songs that have practically become synonymous with the game.

The first is Hymn of the Fayth, a haunting and ethereal piece first sung in-game by the female protagonist Yuna as part of a ritual, and continues to play a significant role throughout the game during various pivotal moments and cutscenes.

The next piece is To Zanarkand, a beautiful piano instrumental that serves as the game’s main theme and is associated mainly with the male protagonist Tidus. It is played during the opening cinematic and sets the emotional tone for the entire game. The last piece is Suteki Da Ne (素敵 だね, “Isn’t It Wonderful”), which is the central love theme that expresses the deep connection and developing romance between Tidus and Yuna. The touching melody and poetic lyrics reflect the emotional journey of the characters as they face challenges and grow closer together throughout their adventure.
