Shredda does a tough calisthenics workout with pull-ups and muscle-ups called Wingate Warriors Challenge 3.The first part of the routine is 20 pull-ups, 5 muscle-ups and 5 sets of 5 muscle-ups with 1 min. rest in between sets.Part 2 is 4 sets of 5 pull-ups and 5 muscle-ups with 1 min. rest in between sets.Part 3 is 3 sets of 10 pull-ups and 5 muscle-ups with1 min. rest in between sets.Part 4 is 2 sets of 15 pull-ups and 5 muscle-ups with 1 min. rest in between sets.Part 5 is 20 pull-ups and 5 muscle-ups for 1 set.Then repeat part 5,4,3,2 and 1 for a total of 240 pull-ups and 160 muscle-ups.💰💰💰💰💪💪💪💪 Follow Shredda at / master_shredda
