SATED Mnemonic
S – Shoulds: Are you eating what you want or what you think you should want?
A – Amount of energy being consumed. Is it enough overall? Are you moving in and out of dieting?
T – Timings. How chaotic is your eating schedule? Having structure and eating regularly can increase satiation
E – Expectations. Looking at what you are anticipating and consider how this may be helping or hindering
D – Distractions: Are you always distracted when you eat? Can you become a bit more present?
