I absolutely love Dance Monkey, but for my DJs who do Indian weddings, you might have noticed it doesn't quite hit hard enough to keep the dancefloor going. So I decided to mash it up with a song that literally changed my entire music career, and still hits hard almost 20 years later. I don't say it lightly, "Dance with You" and future projects from Jay Sean, Juggy D, and Rishi Rich, literally changed my life. I'd never seen South Asians reflected in mainstream music, and representation is so important for inspiration. The track opened up a new world of music for me, and started my train in the "Desi Urban" genre. It was a blessing to tour with Juggy D later in my career across Canada.
