While working a thankless job in a correctional facility for teenagers, Eileen meets Rebecca Saint John, the new psychologist, and is immediately enamored by the beautiful, enigmatic woman. Through fascinating conversations with the doctor, Eileen discovers a part of herself that she never knew existed. However, on Christmas Eve, the psychologist ropes the naive woman into a complicated situation involving an inmate's mother, and the chaotic event alters Eileen's once mundane life forever.
