Brothers Adam, Jack, and Ryan Met began performing in 2005 as buskers in Central Park in New York City, performing covers of their classic musical idols like The Beach Boys and Simon and Garfunkel, and contemporary favourites like Kanye West and Vampire Weekend. With the money the earned they bought a bass, a ukulele and a sampler, and started recording music in the living room of their NYC apartment. The band started tweeting out their 2013 debut single “I’m Ready” to celebrities all over Twitter, eventually reaching the ears of prolific singer-songwriter Sia Furler. “I’m Ready” soon earned Platinum status in America and 2x Platinum in Australia.

They’ve come a long way since their humble beginnings in Central Park, and the band now garners over 7 million monthly streams on Spotify. They even brought in Rivers Cuomo of Weezer to sing on their 2017 single “Sober Up”, which would also earn them Platinum status. Watch them perform the track live at Indie88 in the Collective Arts Black Box.
